Would like to add a recruiting page to integrate into forums
 

Hello. My question is as the title says. I used to have a PHP-Fusion CMS website, and there I had a simple html page where users could enter information that we request, and when they hit 'submit' it posts their information into a new thread in a specific forum for us to see and talk in.

I was wondering if this was possible or if it has already been done by somebody.

P.S. I am also looking for a 'members page/roster' that I can edit peoples data easily into.
