"error on page!"

I keep getting errors when visiting profiles. Like my own. If I click on a tab in my profile I get the "error on page" message from IE8. But it does not happen on all profiles I visit, just some of them.

Also, a couple of my users are reporting problems viewing their profiles as well, saying they do not have any friends listed or don't see their user albums, but I can see them.

Any clue on this and what I can do to fix it?

Thank you :)

This is what IE8 is saying the problem is:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB6.5; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.0.30729)

I cannot find a common element between broken profiles. Different usergroups, different registration dates, ect. What makes it even stranger is that if someone else visits the same profile it works. ???

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

Thanks Lynne, this is what I was thinking of doing one at a time to see if it changes. But I think trying it your way will be a lot faster!

Yes, it fixed it. So now I just need to disable one at a time to find the culprit, eh?

--------------- Added [DATE]1282075603[/DATE] at [TIME]1282075603[/TIME] ---------------

It ended up that a modification that I had not updated was the culprit. :)
