who can help me make a backup ?

The title pretty much says it all, i need help making a backup of my databases and my server files...thanks guys please contact me on aim my s/n is robertDwhitt88

backup is easy..log into your cpanel, go to backup, and click on your database file, and it will ask where you want to save it., backup your server files by logging into FTP, and download your files onto your drive...

i use pauls mod and it works great backs up daily to your servers root
