Dropdown Menu In vB4...?

Hi,

Actully I want make a dropdown menu in vbulletin 4, just like this website : http://www.friendskorner.com/forum/

I tried to search every where but didn't get any usefull tip but hope to get usefull support here. if some one know how do it then please Reply.. Thanks in advance.
