Is there a Min. Post per Forum mod?

Ive seen forums use it, but Ive searched for hours and must be searching for it wrong ...

Or is this something I can edit in forum permissions?

Basically, just they cant post in a particular forum board unless they have X number of posts.

You can accomplish this with the group promotion. Set up a post count group and give/deny them access to your forums as you like.

I tried this once and tho it works it then disables the forum from being shown on the main index (except for the promoted group). I want the visitors and such to see we have that particular board, (as it draws members) but not be able to post in the forum board without X number of posts.

Any idea on that?

Thank you for the fast response though!

Have a look at this mod. It looks like it could do what you want.

That worked perfectly, thank you! For future reference of people who may view this thread note that I didnt use the one in that link as its 4.0 but the dev also had one for 3.8 which is what I used.
