This is an extremely weird issue and I must admit I am a bit lost. I think it could possibly be a mod installed on the forum.

Anyhow, image attachments are not displaying within posts. In IE 8 a red x is displayed, however in firefox a link to the image is displayed. However upon clicking on the link a VBulletin message in TURKISH:confused::confused::confused: is displayed.

According to google translate it says:

I have other sites hosted on the same server running VB and there are no problems with attachments.

Any ideas?

Is this something sinister? Or is it likely caused by a modification?

Sounds like a modification issue. What is the actual link when you get a red X? (right click -> properties)
