Data Base error caused by host?

Hello from time to time i got this error

Yes I guess its a problem with host, Contact them buddy.

Its a MySQL problem, so why not try restarting your MySQL service. Or put the option as Retry till it connect to mysql option so that it keeps connecting, and eventually it will connect successfully. Thats one way of solving it.

I don't have any control over Mysql :( well i do have but very limited.

I think is time to move on to a better host company, i just wanted to be sure about it before taking any action.
