This is the same Mod : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=236278

but it uses the http://tli.tl link shortening service for link shortening





Installation/Upgrade Instructions
=================================
1.upload the content of "upload" to your forum.

2.Import The XML file form "CP".

3.Create Twitter Application from here:
http://dev.twitter.com/apps/new

4.Edit your settings in the AdminCP, "Settings"->"Options"->"TLI.TL vBulletin2Twitter", and Enter these details:

1- Consumer Key
2- Consumer Secret
3- Access Token
4- Access Token Secret



Uninstall Instructions
======================
1. Uninstall the product in vB using the AdminCP Product Manager.

2. Delete the "twitteroauth" folder and it's contents from your "<forum root>/includes" directory.
