Is There Online Support In vBulletin ?

Is there any online support in vBulletin ??

Trusted staffs who I can give my forum to see whats the cause of the error and to fix the error. Just wondering if there is any in this vBulletin official site. Because I bought a lifetime license so I am just thinking if there is any form of online support who can actually check and help me to fix my forum issues.

Eg. Like fatal error appears in forum. Who can I contact ? I know there are many people in vBulletin who can actually do it but we must pay them per hour. Which its not possible for me. As a student, its allready very hard to maintain a forum. Allready hosting bills and server bills are nearing a huge sum of money to be paid off. And left over will be my pocketmoney.

And also, not all the people are good in vBulletin. I know there is an official guide for vBulletin (manual) but beyond that, is there any online support team in vB ?

So is there any free-support in vBulletin forum ?

Usually if any problem in my forum, I will create a thread and wait for some days to get some suggestions/replies from vB people. But thats taking so long. I hope you get what I am asking for.

Waiting for more comments.

Support you would get by opening a support ticket by either creating one from the Members' Area (vBulletin.com) or by sending a mail to support@vbulletin.com.

you basically type your issue and pray for an answer. Its not a 'warranty' type service you get when you purchase. Luckily theres a good chance someone has experienced your issue so search first, you may find your solution on your own.

Thanks for the information.

If you put in a Support Ticket, we will help you with your default vbulletin software. We cannot help out with modification problems. Support for modifications is only given here in the modification threads.
