in 3.8 i had yellow pop up thread title boxes set to only show when mouse over text..

Hi,

As the title states, currently when mouse is anywhere on page the yellow boxes are popping up everywhere. I can't remember what these are called and there used to be a mod that reduced them popping up to only when mousing over text.. Thanks for any help
