How can I change a setting for everyone?
 

For some reason I had display images, avatars and signatures turned off by default when people register. Probably 800 or so users were effected by this.

How can I change that setting for current users short of logging in to each one of the accounts and checking it manually?

Maintenenance > Execute SQL Query > select the item from the dropdown.

You must give yourself permission to run queries in your config.php file first.
