Users seeing banned message
 
Users that are awaiting moderation are seeing a message stating they are banned. How can I adjust this?

Do you have the usergroup set to be a banned usergroup?

No, the usergroup is set to 'Users Awaiting Moderation', waiting for me to approve them.

I know, but in that usergroup, Users Awaiting Moderation, do you have This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Groupset to Yes or No?
