Image banner

Im looking for a mod similiar to this one but a little differnt, i want it to display album pics right below my navbar and it will update when it gets refresh, basicly randomizing the pics it will show....if anyone has any clue if there is one for v4 which i checked and cant find one....please let me know. If i have to pay someone to make me a mod then i will do so...thanks guys
