Lazy or Clueless my Users need this =S

I'm not sure whether the users of my site are just lazy or totally clueless... but it seems they need to have the section and category(all) widgets in the collapsible forum sidebar (or maybe I need to put a left sidebar as well) on the main forum page.

Is this possible?

I'm not following you. "Widgets" are in the CMS. "Forum blocks" are in the forum sidebar. There are no "section and category" forum blocks.
