How can i make a specific widget?
 
i want to make a specific Block .. the Block principle is to import text from (TEXT file) or (HTML) file or (PHP file) in another website and display it in my forum Block.. this Block will be usefull for forums to display Healthy Tips or other ..

my quistion is ...

HOW can i do it loool :D
what is the code that i need to but in my forum Block? :p

I don't know, but please stop confusing the issue further by using the terms interchangeably. A "widget" is in the CMS. A "block" is in the forum.
