Database Sync Possible ?

Hi,

I have a vbulletin forum installed in my web server.

I have copied that same vbulletin forum with the same database into my College INTRAnet server also so that students can access it faster.

Now, the problem is about the database synchronization of the webserver and the intranet.
How will I handle this ?
