Quick Navigation as Forum Jump

Is there a mod or does anyone know how to modify the Quick Navigation drop down menu in vB4 so it acts more like the old Forum Jump menu? Forum Jump was actually quicker than Quick Navigation as it placed the highlight in the forum you were and not at the top of the menu.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
