Open all results of search.php in new tabs

A member of my site made this suggestion and I think it's a good idea for some smaller tight-knit communities.

An button that'll open all of the results of "what's new" in new tabs to the first unread post in each thread.

Would love to see someone else share my enthusiasm for this!
