Show if a user actually owns vB
 
I think vB.org should have a way to tell if a user is a legitimate owner of vbulletin (that everyone can see) so people can know whether or not to help them or just ignore/report the post.

Only users linked to a valid license can post outside of the presale forum anyway, if I remember correctly.

There are a couple of others they can post in, but not any of the vb related forums.

IIRC, unlicensed members can post in site feedback, presales and the lounge.
