Does a version exist of vB to allow it to run on MS SQL7 insteal of MySQL?

No, It doesn't exist now... but from what I know PHP can access a MS SQL database, but I think the vBulletin scripts would probably have to be modified for this. I would just recommend going with the MySQL database, it performs better and is a heck of alot cheaper :)
