Need .htaccess file redirect URL vBSEO from vBB 3.8 to URL Friendly vBB 4.X

Hello,

My forum is currently running vBulletin 3.8.x with vBSEO and got URL Friendly:

Now i want to upgrade to vBulletin 4.x and don't like use vBSEO anymore. I want to use SEO URL Friendly vBulletin itself:

I need a .htaccess to redirect all old forum title URLs to new forum title vBulletin 4 URL Friendly itself.

It'll be great if can redirect old forum links to new forum links vBulletin 4.

Would be appreciated if you guys could help me this problem. I'm not good with .htaccess :(
