Mod: Recommed one?
 

I'm looking for a modification or plug in for Vb4, this is what I am trying to accomplish.

I want users in a specific section to only be able to start a thread every 7-10 days or more, more being the equivalent of adjusting the days via settings in the mod. I would also like to adjust which groups can post, by allowing other groups to post every 3 days, with each groups having a different setting allowed for days or certain amount of times they can create a thread in that specific section based on days, is there a mod that does this or a plugin :confused:
