Enhanced Moderator Permissions

Hi Guys,

I've been searching around but I guess my search-fu is exhausted.

I'm after a mod to allow Super-Mods to edit a users email in the modcp (well orginally I wanted to reset the password, but editing the email will suffice).

I've searched around and whilst finding a number of mods to change various s-mod permissions I haven't had any sucess finding this.

Does it exist?

Any help much appreciated.
