Header and Navbar
 
Hi everyone

I changed my vb default style and I created one be my own
but I faced a little issue with the header and the navbar
As you can see in the picture the normal place of the navbar should be up and I can see that clearly when using FF

But when I use IE
This is what occur

which is the navbar below the header

How can I solve this issue please
