myforum.com/username instead of myforum.com/members/5213-username?

Is there already a mod or a .htaccess/index.php hack to deliver a nice URL to the profilepage of a user? Just like myspace.com/username?

So myforum.com/username instead of myforum.com/members/5213-username?
