I have modified the recent threads widget a little to get what I want but I'm not there yet. I still have some modifications to do. See attached screen shot of what my widget, which I now call "Recent Active Threads" looks like.

I want to do two things:

1) The avatar should be of the last poster instead of the thread starter

2) I want the forum title to be listed between the thread title and the last poster.
