Users requiring moderation

I have 2 users that require moderation on all their posts and threads. They both are coming from the same computer/IP, but each have their own log in. Both are in the Registered User group. Everyone else in that user group can post without issue.

I've gone through every setting I could possibly find.

Their forum permissions show they can post.
I've logged in as them and get the same results.
The usergroup obviously is working correctly because others are in Registered User and don't have issues.
I've deleted their IPs within their user information

I'm lost, I don't know how to fix this.

Please help.....Ask any questions you can, and I'll check and answer back.

I've never tried it, but could they be in a secondary usergroup that requires moderation?

Sounds like you have a IP Spam Mod installed or something simliar

I do have vbStopForumSpam installed, but thats the only one. But is there a way to check to see if they are on that list?

They are not registered to another sub usergroup.

Turn it off see if the problem is fixed or not

I turned VbStopForumSpam and the problem still is occuring. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated.

Maybe run "Fix broken user profiles" in the Update Counters section of the ACP

Rob I appreciate the help but it did not correct the moderation requirement.

Any other help out there?

Bringing this back to the top, I really need help on this.

Just an update for others. Vbulletin staff determined it was Akismet under spam Management that was preventing my users from posting. They didn't have a fix, but when I turned the service off everything worked correctly.
