My friend sent me this pic so I'm using his

Replace the "favicon" icon in your forums root

I did no luck. I had a icon image that I resized and saved as a jpe. Renamed it and copied it over and it still looks like paper.

its not a jpg its a Favicon.ico

i just got the photoshop plug in so I'm going to try that.

So I made the icon with photoshop, and ftp'd it in. Nothing changed.

Make sure its the favicon icon in the forum root you are replacing with the new one your uploading!
