Custom Coding Required

Hi

Anybody have any idea what code would need to be altered to achieve this.

Currently our board is protected so only registered can view/post.

We would like to hack it so that guests can view the first 2 posts in each thread with the third post turning into an advert to purchase our product which includes free registration on the forum so they can view the entire threads and post.

Any idea what code where would need to be looked at?
