navbits index & full height page

1. remove navbits on homepage, it's annoying

example: my site: http://eveo.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=16

2. page at full height (shadow continues all the way down, not page is cut halfway) example, my site:

http://eveo.org/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=16

How do I accomplish both of these simple tasks?

Remove navbits:

Use a condition wrap navbits in this:

This will remove the navbits from forumhome

Shadow:
Create an outer wrapper, in header template find:
