How do I Change AdminCP Login Page With My Own Logo?

I'd love to know how to change the Admincp Login page with my own custom logo.. how I attach my image for the Admincp Page, please see attachment for illustration.

Thanks all,

Right click at the logo with the mouse and see the image name and path. Then rename your own image the same and upload it at the same location overwriting the vb one.

For at vb 4x that is located at: ./cpstyles/vBulletin_3_Silver/cp_logo.gif

However my logo is very big & wide (700px in width)... is there a way to remove the "vBulletin 3.8.6 Admin Control Panel" and stick it waaay at the bottom of page instead right beside my logo?

Having that slogan right beside extends my login box longer and is annoying, ugly looking..
