Fine Tuning Style Colors?

Newbie here...

I'm trying to set up a custom style with the same exact colors of my main site...
The way the "fine tune" thing is set up, where you can't enter exact color codes, it is really making this difficult. Is there an easier way to do this, rather than just choosing you colors by eye/guessing? :confused:
