Problem with changing colors in posts

Guys, not sure what my problem is so hopefully someone can help me here. On our site when you do a new post, we can't change the color of the font. When we select the A pull down, it won't pull down and shows as blank.

Any ideas why or how to fix this?

Thanks!

Sounds like a template issue maybe... try using the default style and see if you still have the problem.

Hmm I can't seem to change the template. As it won't go to defaults to resolve it. Any more help would be great? Here are two screen shots on what I am seeing.

Okay update. It is somewhere in the headinclude that somehow is making my text editor box not working properly. Anyone see anything in here that would cause it.

It's only in the headinclude that does it. Here is a new copy and paste of it.

Please use the code tags when posting code.

Go to edit your template and hit View History > Compare. You should then be able to compare your template to the default template and find the problem.

I am sorry but I am unfamiliar with what you mean by using the code tags? I am not real good with the code and wanted some assistance on figuring out why this is happening. I have compared them side by side but dunno what part of the extra code would cause this.

She means you should post code snippets in between [code] and[/code] BB Codes, or press the # sign button on the editor and paste code between the tags, it makes it much easier for others to read- just something to know in the future if asking for help.

Code:

It makes your text
