Can't Use Private Messages Before X day of registration date

Hi,
I don't want to enable new users to use private messages, but if X days of the registration date passed, they can use private messages.

So I don't care of how many posts user has, I care of user's registration period.

Is there a hack for that?

You can use Promotions for that.
