vbulletin 4.0.5 external login non-vb pages
 
Hi,

I want to create a custom script thats able to login into vbulletin 4.0.5 board. Then i can edit my news system so people can reply with their vbulletin account. I got a login now and it is checking the password and username, when they are correct it's logging in.

But, vbulletin and the news system is not the same session because i'm registering the "news system session" by the username, i think this is the problem..

Does anybody know how vbulletin 4.0.5 generates the "session register id" ? I mean the data for session_register() in PHP. If i know this the problem can probably fixed. Correct me if im wrong.

Somebody got it already working?

Where did you find the login, dude? I'm looking around with no luck. I COULD create one from scratch, but I'd rather not.
