allow rss feed manager to post in other places
 

I was thinking this would be a great idea for a mod and not such a great idea for vbulletin to add as a feature. Here is what I had in mind. Allow users to post the xml feed from their world of warcraft armory profile using the rss manager and when it does post the rss, all of that info goes to the userpage or blog. The way I see it, the author of the mod can give the vbulletin owner several choices via radio box for which site to pull rss feeds from such as:

*Allow users to import World of Warcraft armory feeds.
*Allow users to import (game name) feeds.

and then a checkbox...

*Allow rss manager to post to users profile?
*Allow rss manager to post to users blog?

and of course make the mod so that it checks the links and only accepts the proper links to prevent abuse of the rss manager

Agreed. 4.x needs a way to allow external RSS feeds to be posted to a users' blog. It's something my users have asked for.
