Color Map...where is it in 4.x
 
It's been so long since I've used it, I don't even remember where it is. I need to know what the Hex number for the header color is so I can design a Site Name Graphic.

Where do I go to find this in the ACP?

Thanks and sorry for the beginner question. I looked and couldn't find it in the manual.
