navbar Error
 
I have a navbar tab that workrd before upgrade to 4.0.4. Now when i click on it I go to a error page. Page not found in browser. http 500 error like one of those 404 errors you see.

I made sure the php file for the tab was uploaded and it is. It is the awards/php file for the yas mod.
I asked the developer and he says he does not have this problem.

So my question is what do u guys suggest I check and fix. Or is there a place in a file that controlls all navbar tabs I can check?
