problem after upgrade to vb 4!

hi

i upgrade my vbulletin from 3.8.5 to lastest vb (4.0.4)

my main forum is currect and work , but when i want go to admin panel i see this error:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/init.php on line 308

i forgot that i disable plugins before upgrade !

i this my problem is for this!

plz help me!
