Help Please with Notice / Message on top
 
Hello Friends,

I am looking to implement dynamic notice/message on my forum so that any time a guest visits a forum or a subforum the greetings on top displayas the name of the forum or subforum.

Example:
http://www.apnicommunity.com/india-forum/
http://www.apnicommunity.com/chaand-chhupa-badal-mein/

You will see that actual name of the forum/subforum is displayed in the Welcome Message.

Any help is appreciated.
