MOD: add some CSS to the forum/cms/blogs text bodies

Hello,

I would like a mod that adds the following CSS to the text of the forum posts, blog posts and comments and cms articles and comments:

HTML Code:

background:#cc0000;

color:#fff;

}

color:#fff;

I don't want to edit files... everything needs to be done via the mod...

Is that something easy to do? Is there anybody who would like to do it?
