CMS Page not Using Full Page

If you go to my website, for some reason, on the CMS page there is extra room on the right side that shouldn't be there. It makes the CMS page look small and skinny, especially for laptops with small screens. Is there a reason why it's not using up the whole page?
Here's the link to my website: http://nextgendaily.com/content.php

Hope someone can help! I need this fixed so I can re-launch the CMS page on my website.

I also have one more question. I have a section that says Computers and Devices. Then in that section, I have sub-sections like Gadgets. Is there a way to show all of the latest articles from in each sub-section of Computers and Devices to show in that main section? Because when I go to the Computers and Devices section, it says there are no articles, then when I go into a sub-section of that section, there are articles.

Like let's say this:
Section 1
Section 2 (there are 0 articles in here)
-Sub-section 1 (there are 2 articles in here)
-Sub-section 2 (there are 8 articles in here)
-Sub-section 3 (there are 3 articles in here)
-Sub-section 4 (there are 4 articles in here)

Can I make the latest articles in those sub-sections to automatically show up in the main section, since it is still part of that section? Because those articles are in that section, they just get more precise for each sub-section.

One more thing:
Is there a way to make all of the latest articles from all sections go to the main page too instead of having to put them in a certain order to show them?

Please! I need some answers to these...
