Users can't see their Infractions

Hello everyone !

I've noticed after updating to vBulletin 3.8.5 that my users are not able to see the Infractions tab in User's Profile page. I've checked the Usergroup permisions, and registered users have the "Can See Others' Infraction Level" ticked to "Yes". Administrators and Moderators can see the Infractions though... so something is wrong with Registered Users settings.

I've tried a little test on my Registered Users Usergroup:

I've enabled "Can See Others' Infraction Level" and users still can't see their infraction tab in User Profile.
I've enabled "Can Give Infractions to Others" and users now can see their infraction tab in User Profile. But they can also Give infractions, and i don't want that.

So, it means there is something wrong with the Can See Other's Infraction Level settings... not working or something. How can i fix this ?

P.S. I also received an email from vB tech support:
Quote:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting vBulletin Support. The infractions tab should only be seen by usergroups who have permission to issue infractions. Users with the "Can see other's infraction levels" permission can see the infraction level in the postbit. It will appear as:

Infractions: 0/1 (1)

If the tab showed previously it was most likely determined to be a bug and fixed with the release of vBulletin 3.8.5.
So, they say it's a feature, not a bug. I want the "bug" back ! :D

Nobody knows any way to fix this so users can see their infractions, as it was forever untill 3.8.x update ?

Ordinarily I'd say just look at the file changes between 3.8.4 and 3.8.5 and change it back, but member.php changed DRAMATICALLY between 3.84 and 3.85, the most I've ever seen 1 file change between such minor upgrades,,, the word 'infraction' doesn't even appear in the 3.8.5 memeber.php.
