Can't load profile page - Error Message Appears

Hello,

I'm running a test of a new site on my local computer using vBulletin 4.04. When I click on my username or "profile" in the upper-right corner of the page, I get the following message:

Checking if a package is enabled for an invalid package '3' on line 392 in Z:\xampp\htdocs\testvb\vb\types.php
#0 Z:\xampp\htdocs\testvb\vb\router.php(503): vB_Types->packageEnabled('3')

I'm new to vBulletin and coding. How can I fix the profile link?

Thank you.

There is a thread at the top of the vB4 troubleshooting forum that tells you how to fix this error. It may be the one where you just need to enable, then disable the blog/cms (sorry, I can't remember and I'm not gonna go search while on dialup).
