All avatars/profile pictures/signature pictures have stopped loading
 

Quite simple really, all of my avatars, profile pictures and signature pictures for my users have stopped loading, and the result is a broken link with an alt text of "Username's avatar/profile picture.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

My images are database stored.

Did you check the status of the tables involved- they might be damaged or crashed?

The tables still have the contents of the avatars in it, they're just not displaying.

Did you do any modifications to your forum before this happened?

I didn't, but I would guess either another Admin has or a server manager has. I'm in the process of dumping the database and importing it to localhost to see if it's an SQL problem.

I have disabled the plugins and it's still not working.

If I dump the database and import it locally, it works fine.
