how to enable thanks button in forum.

There is no "Thanks Button" in the default vbulletin
Try searching in mods

sir i serch holl mod thread but i have not seen any thanks button.

There is no button like in vb 3.x series but here is the two only mods that you can see which one you want:

The forum directory is the directory where you have uploaded your vb files. But as suggested above, it is best to ask at that mod''s own thread about this.
