Problem on having updated 4.04PL1

After updating to this version and following all the steps ultimately in the route finalupgrade.php it gives me this mistake:

No input file specified.

And into the admin cpanel I receive this mistake:

Could not find phrase 'after_upgrade_404_update_facebook'.

I need help or information what I have to do to solve it, thank you very much.
