Using HTML code . . .
 
Can someone please tell me if I can or how I can add HTML code in a thread, post, blog entry or on the Home page.

Is it something that I have to enable in the Admin Control Panel???

I realize the security risk, but can I enable it only for administrators or enable it and then turn it off, I need it!

you have the option of HTML on or off when creating a new forum etc etc ....all in admin cp forum manager (make new forum)
