Database error in admincp

Hello all,I have a problem in admincp... I went to vBulletin Options,this came up.. and I already installed vBulletin without no problem.. but when I go to vBulletin Options this comes up.

It can't write to the temp file- that is usually a problem with your web hosting company, you should contact them, you may be out of disk space or their mysql server may need to be restarted.
