I think it looks pretty nice compared to other sites I've seen with the same idea, it's a little busy but it looks good.

I think there is a way to get your ad centered, I think I did mine just using the regular 'ol html center tags around it.

Site looks nice in overall, though looking at your statistics, I'd recommend starting out as small as possible - small, as in keeping your forum to a minimum, whilst also keeping the overview and expand as your forum/clan/community grows.

Also as a side-note, your logo is off by one pixel or so. Might want to fix that quickly. Not that it matters too much though.
